    LE&C Mentorship Program

    We have developed a comprehensive mentorship program that is available at no cost to all women in the industry who are seeking growth and development in any area they choose to pursue. Participants are given the opportunity to select their own mentor based on their specific interests and goals, or we can assist in assigning a mentor for you to ensure a suitable match. Additionally, you may repeat the mentorship program as often as needed in order to effectively achieve your personal and professional objectives.

    Support from all industry leaders

    Men are invited to join the program through our "ally" membership. This membership allows men to support women in the convenience store industry by contributing their dues, which directly aid in the advancement of women’s goals. While ally members will not participate in all events or meetings, their support is crucial. By standing alongside their female colleagues, they help foster a more equitable environment where everyone can thrive. The collective efforts of all members, regardless of gender, contribute to a rising tide that strengthens the entire energy and convenience store industry. Together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive landscape for all.
